In-Home Urgent Care Visit
Basic medical evaluation will be covered with this $150. If additional procedures are needed, the cost is in addition to the $250 fee. This additional fee will be paid on site.
Dehydration Treatment (IV Hydration)
IV infusion of normal saline at your home or in-clinic for moderate to severe dehydration.
Migraine Treatment
Custom IV infusion including medications Toradol, Reglan and Benadryl to alleviate migraines. Available in-clinic or in-home.
Allergic Reaction (Hives)
Administration of antihistamines and steroids for severe allergic reactions. Available in-clinic or in-home.
Basic Laceration Repair
Suturing of minor cuts or lacerations, including wound cleaning. Available in-clinic or in-home.
Complex Laceration Repair
Repair of deeper or larger lacerations requiring layered closure. Performed in-clinic or at home.
Sunburn/Jellyfish Sting
Treatment of minor burns and stings including dressing and pain management. Available in-clinic or in-home.
Asthma/COPD Treatment
Nebulizer treatment with IV steroids the most effective way to get your lungs back to 100%. Available in-clinic or at home.
IV Antibiotic Administration
IV antibiotics are sometimes needed for severe urinary tract infections, pneumonia or skin infections.
Hypertensive Urgency Treatment and Diagnosis
Comprehensive evaluation and management of hypertensive urgency, including blood pressure monitoring and medication adjustment. This service includes a follow-up visit to ensure blood pressure control. Available in-clinic or in-home.
Foreign Body Removal (Skin, Eye, Ear, Nose, or Throat)
Removal of foreign objects from the skin, eyes, ears, nose, or throat. Available in-clinic or in-home.
Cerumen Impaction Removal
Removal of impacted earwax to relieve discomfort and improve hearing. Available in-clinic or in-home.
Ear Wick Placement for Otitis Externa (Swimmer’s Ear)
Placement of an ear wick to treat severe otitis externa (swimmer’s ear), ensuring medication reaches the ear canal effectively. Available in-clinic or in-home. Includes cost of calling in prescription.
Hyperglycemia Treatment with Insulin
Immediate treatment for hyperglycemia with insulin administration, including monitoring and follow-up. Available in-clinic or in-home.
Joint Injections (Knee, Shoulder, Elbow) with Lidocaine and Steroid
Administration of a corticosteroid and Lidocaine injection to relieve pain and inflammation in the knee, shoulder, or elbow. Available in-clinic or in-home. Price is per joint injected
