Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vacation Medicinewebsite and services (the “Services”), operated by FirstCall Medical Group, PLLC (doing business as Vacation Medicine). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Services
Vacation Medicine provides information about, and access to, concierge virtual urgent care from board-certified physicians. This website markets our services and routes you to our secure booking and payment provider. Clinical visits are provided by licensed physicians and may take place over a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Not for emergencies
The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Telehealth is not appropriate for every condition; if your situation needs in-person care, our physicians will tell you.
Eligibility & licensing
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services, and care is available only where our physicians are licensed. Care for a minor must be arranged and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Payments
Visit fees and membership pricing are presented at the time of booking and processed by our third-party payment provider. Memberships renew on the stated cadence until cancelled; you may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Honest-care guarantee
If a visit cannot be completed appropriately over video — because you need in-person or emergency care — our physicians will tell you where to go and we will not charge you for that visit. This guarantee applies to the experience of the visit and is never tied to any particular diagnosis, prescription, or medical outcome.
Text messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number and opting in through our website chat widget, you consent to receive text messages from Vacation Medicine — including promotional and marketing messages (such as offers, news, and updates) and service messages related to your care and account (such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and visit links). Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information — including that we do not share text-messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
Intellectual property
The Vacation Medicine name, logo, content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstCall Medical Group, PLLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
